Estimates and inspections
Free inspections and the resulting reports are provided as a good-faith assessment of visible roof condition on the inspection date. They are not an engineering certification, an insurance guarantee, or a promise of claim approval. Written estimates are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise; material prices may require re-quoting after that window.
Insurance claims
Decisions on insurance claims are made solely by your insurance carrier. We provide documentation and meet adjusters at your direction, but we cannot and do not guarantee claim outcomes. Consistent with Texas law, we do not waive, absorb, pay, or rebate insurance deductibles in any form.
Warranties
Workmanship warranties are provided in writing with your project contract and cover installation defects for the stated period. Material warranties are issued and honored by the manufacturer under their terms; where our certifications allow enhanced manufacturer warranties, registration documents are provided at project close-out. Warranty terms in a signed project contract supersede any general statement on this website.
