Nobody should climb on your roof to find out if anything's wrong with it — including us. The drone sees every slope, ridge, valley, and penetration in 4K without a boot touching a shingle, and it catches what ground-level eyeballing can't: bruised mats, lifted tabs on the back slope, flashing gaps behind the chimney.
The 21-point checklist covers the full system — shingle condition, hail strikes, flashing, boots, valleys, ridge, ventilation, gutters, fascia, and decking sag lines — with a photo attached to every point. Where your attic is accessible, we add a moisture reading from the underside, because decking tells the truth before ceilings do.
Within 24 hours you get the report with one of three verdicts in plain English: it needs a repair (with a firm price), it has a legitimate claim (with the evidence to support it), or it's fine — check back in two years. About a third of our inspections end with that last verdict. That's the point.

What's the catch on 'free'?
No catch — it's how we earn work. About a third of inspections end with 'your roof is fine,' and that costs us a drone battery. The other two-thirds turn into repairs or claims where the homeowner already trusts our documentation. The report is yours to keep even if you hire someone else.
Why a drone instead of a person on the roof?
Coverage and evidence. The drone documents 100% of the roof — including slopes too steep to walk safely — with timestamped, high-resolution images. It also means nobody's foot traffic is scuffing granules on a roof that might be inspected by your carrier next week.
How long does the visit take?
About 30–40 minutes on site. You don't need to be home for the exterior flyover, though we'll want attic access if you can arrange it. The full written report lands within 24 hours.
